There was no warning for this! A $100 deposit was required up front. There was no hot water, heat, or AC "due to repairs." The desk clerks were decent but I could tell they'd about had it. The site said "free breakfast" but there was none. We only stayed one night. The property is old and battle-scarred it seemed.

I went to check in at 10pm and was told that reception was closed and there were no rooms available so I had to find another hotel to stay at. I would like my money back please

I booked here because I was traveling from out of state for several days and desired a location with a hot breakfast daily. Despite advertising, this location DID NOT have ANY breakfast options. The air conditioning unit did not work properly unless the windows were open. The property is unclean. No one is at the front desk overnight and there is no security day or night; the property goes on "lockdown" from 6 pm to 6 am. Elevators dirty bathroom dirty room smelled like paint. Our window would'nt lock. No breakfast or a a grab and go bag. One site said free breakfast other site said grab and go. Night receptionist very nice daytime person was annoyed caused we asked for coffee cups. Not a good morning or can i help you we had to stand at the desk for about 15 minutes to check out.
