Disappointing alot of noise and room smelled like smoke. Dogs barking in the next room Beds were comfortable

Bad First of all, I was very disappointed with the availability. I booked for King suite but was not informed that it was not available and given a queen sized with no price considerations. When entered the floor, it was all wet and was smelling very bad. The TV remote was so nasty that I couldnt even touch and the furnitures were not wiped properly. The timing for breakfast was terrible as I was just couple of minutes past 9am and it was all gone.

Horrible Couldn't get no coffee pot are coffee elevator didn't work so I had to walk up and down the stairs with a baby I applied for a 2 bed in advance they didn't have one ready so had to have one bed they never answer the it's just was horrible people out all night run and jumping couldn't get a extra blanket I had to reclean the tub hair was on the bed I paid for what I wanted tv kept going to silence remote didn't work I was very upset cause the rooms don't be nothing like it shows on line or couldn't get nothing to coo... read more

Fair
Disappointing The attitude of the staff was poor. They were rude when I asked for shampoo and conditioner (which was not inside the room upon arrival). No towels inside the room either. Also, too many people were just hanging around in the parking lot, inside the lobby, even out front of the building. I liked the kitchen in the room.
