Would never recommend this place Well it borders a bad neighborhood, the room smelled like it was once a smoking room, it stunk. We were not informed about the extra pet charges until arriving even though we let them know prior we had pets. It just felt dirty, and staff didn’t seem to care. Homeless person sleeping in vestibule when we left early morning, third floor elevator didn’t work to go down. The guy, Trae at check in was very nice and offered to cancel our reservation.

Not a recommended long stay in dallas. They dont have 24/7 technical support. They dont value the customer and no emergency plan for rooms that might have a problem.

Very disappointed Our bed was broke and hard as a ROCK!!! Doors slammed all through the night. Toilet loose from the floor. No hair dryer in bathroom. No breakfast and no coffee. Dirty and worn out. Very disappointed. Location convenient to where I was going. No breakfast, no coffee

dreadful, nightmarish place to stay there were roaches, dirty room and building, elevator that didn't work and I was on the third floor, rude staff and horrible check in. booking.com did nothing to make this abhorrent situation better. nothing at all
