Very disappointed Our bed was broke and hard as a ROCK!!! Doors slammed all through the night. Toilet loose from the floor. No hair dryer in bathroom. No breakfast and no coffee. Dirty and worn out. Very disappointed. Location convenient to where I was going. No breakfast, no coffee

Poor The breakfast selection was trash.... Roaches in the room.... They don't change towels only twice a week if u stay over one night... Couldn't check out no one showed up for work only person was nice was guy with Mohawk

dreadful, nightmarish place to stay there were roaches, dirty room and building, elevator that didn't work and I was on the third floor, rude staff and horrible check in. booking.com did nothing to make this abhorrent situation better. nothing at all
