horrible and did not like how I was treated upon arrival room had issues refrigerator broke no one came to fix it, carpet was pilling up also borders in the room. the customer service was unacceptable. The property was dirty outside glass at the property was broken. I was charged for early entry also was lied about pet charges and also the employee attempted to enter my room without my permission nothing pictures wont upload

Bugs lot I was there fir 3 hr

Bad I didn't like nothing about it too much going on inside they didn't have breakfast they called and said extend to stay with breakfast included that was not breakfast I wouldn't recommend This is one of the most worst place I ever stayed in my life I would never recommend anyone

Bad everything. never book an extended stay. I would never recommend a dog to visit this property. the chick at the front desk with braids wrapped into a ball was VERY rude and unhelpful. she showed much lack of concern and walked off to the back leaving me at desk like I was nobody when she discovered who I was. no patience at all. SHE cancelled my room without letting me know and I had driven 6.5 hours to Dallas. I made it at 9:05 just for her to tell me they could not accommodate me a room because they didn’t have any. co... read more
