Worth it for the price and location It's not the BEST hotel I've ever been to BUT it's definitely worth it. Customer service was AMAZING even though I was checking in super late. It's in a quiet location on the nicer side of Irving/ Las Colinas. But still close enough to downtown Dallas and surrounding areas to not miss out on anything major. The customer service was great. The room could have been cleaner. There were cob webs everywhere and strands of hair all in the covers of the bed. Had to ask for clean sheets and blankets.

Definitely worth a return stay This was a five night stay and I couldn't be happier with my choice. This facility is very clean and landscaped. The front desk employees are very polite and friendly.

Very clean place near shopping and food. This was an unplanned stay after our flight was cancelled. For the price we paid, this was a very nice place. Very clean, in a good neighborhood, with many amenities within walking distance (Walgreens, inexpensive eateries). Word of warning: kitchenettes in the rooms are completely barren by default. If you want dishes, utensils, pots and pans, dishsoap, dish rags, etc you need to explicitly request them at the office and lug up to your room yourself. The advertised "breakfast" is p... read more

Convenient location but that's it Below average front desk service. Stale smelling room. Maids open door without knocking. Glad I was only there for 8 hours and not days.

DISAPOINTMENT I WAS A LITTLE DISAPOINTED IN THE ROOM THE STOVE TOP WAS DIRTY AND THE TUB WASNT VERY NICE EITHER IT NEEDED AN OLD FASHIONED CLEANING
