Definitely worth a return stay This was a five night stay and I couldn't be happier with my choice. This facility is very clean and landscaped. The front desk employees are very polite and friendly.

Very clean place near shopping and food. This was an unplanned stay after our flight was cancelled. For the price we paid, this was a very nice place. Very clean, in a good neighborhood, with many amenities within walking distance (Walgreens, inexpensive eateries). Word of warning: kitchenettes in the rooms are completely barren by default. If you want dishes, utensils, pots and pans, dishsoap, dish rags, etc you need to explicitly request them at the office and lug up to your room yourself. The advertised "breakfast" is p... read more

Looks can be deceiving..nice room Lengthy check in procedure because of computer system; but personnel was apologetic and did his best. We were just exhausted & ready to lay down. Enjoyed our stay, inside upgraded nicely.

My keys didn’t work and I wasn’t able to get into my room. The lady at the counter said someone else would be coming to the counter to help me but no one ever came so I was locked out of my room unable to have a place to stay I wasn’t able to even use my room at all

Staff was great; however, the room was horrible and the facility was not well kept. Trash overflowing by the stairwell. The first room I was assigned, the bathroom was not cleaned. The shower was dirty and the toilet had stains from someone popping in there, and the first detector was hanging off the wall. The second room I moved to wasn’t much better. Very poor customer service. They assigned me untidy and unclean room twice. I have to go to the front desk 4 times each day. Very poor customer service and care on top of old property. None of their appliances have ever worked. You will small bad marijuana smoke all around.

DISAPOINTMENT I WAS A LITTLE DISAPOINTED IN THE ROOM THE STOVE TOP WAS DIRTY AND THE TUB WASNT VERY NICE EITHER IT NEEDED AN OLD FASHIONED CLEANING
