Upon arrival I was told the room was not available and they could not contact me to let me know. No reason was given as to why the room was not available!

This was the worse experience of my life, the faucet on the bathtub was broken and the water would not get to the shower head. Called the front desk but the didn’t send anyone to fix it

No hot water Stairs nasty, trashcan next to stairs and not clean at all. Morning was cold and there were not hot water in the shower, we had to shower with cold water.

I showed up after booking. The lobby was closed and dark. There was a number at the door. After calling 5 times, a person showed up. He said that there was a technical difficulty at their system and refused to check in.

Faucet from restroom were clogged. 😤 Check in was ok but check was horrible. No people on front desk to leave the keys. Waited for almost 20 minutes. Left the keys and leave.
