The room was dirty. Secondly the noise from the other rooms was terrible.

Front desk closed in night . I’m traveling from Houston at 2:00 am . I can not check in. Security Guard can not help. Card keys is not working . Second floor is no elevator

I will seek refund Never got to stay Came just after midnight and no one was answer after hours phone and ESA Rep could not even reach the manager. Super horrible. I had to book another place

The property was listed as having breakfast and that was false, no breakfast was provided at this property. That was one of the reason I selwcted thos property and that was disappointing.

Never Again I killed 5 roaches during my 2 day stay. I complained to the front desk and they didnt seem too care. My bed sheets had yellow stains. They said they were out of linens to change them. I wanted another room and rhey said they were over booked. Carpet was stained. Room and a vert bad musky odor.
