Uncleaned, poorly maintained and managed property

When I entered the room after checkin,full room smells cigar.i couldn't able to sleep throughout the night.

The main thing was the room didnt match the pictures. It was old it was dirty and run down and the toilet won't flush.

Upon arrival, staff had to scramble to see which room was clean for my stay. This was late in the evening. Once in room, found no soap or shampoo in shower. Staff able to find soap but I had to head to the airport the next morning not having washed my hair.

Having stayed here 4 nights earlier I was familiar with the property and staff, knew what to expect. Or so I thought. Arrived late PM. Was put in an adjacent building, desk clerk did not tell me this. Lost 15 min. figuring this out. Hall in adjacent building reeked. Once in room, no remote for TV. Clerk told me to speak to managers 10-2 next day, would already be at airport so no. AC in room set on 60, took hours to warm up to reasonable temperature. I got what i paid for i guess you can say It was not what I expected the place is not kept up and it smelled horrible carpet in the room was filthy.
