Horrible! The room we were placed in should be deemed " inhabitable " for any human especially babies! we had four young children and we travel alot! I've always booked with extended stay because of the space and the rooms coming with Amenities such as fridge/stove! We came in late on the 27th! From the way the receptionist addressed me gave me a red flag. Her demeanor was very cold and unpleasant nevertheless I brushed it off because I don't let bad energy disturb my good energy. I call the hotel to let them know that I would have a late check-in they told me that was fine but when I arrived I was told it was to late to check- in and to call my booking agency for a refund. After driving all night I was tried and sleepy with no choice but to go somewhere else

Worst stay This was by far one of the worst extended stays I have ever been in. First the keys kept deactivating and we couldnt get into our rooms. Then they did not have a coffee pot in the room. The shower looked like it had not ever been cleaned and there was zero water pressure. The staff was unfriendly when you asked for something it was as if you were annoying them. Additionally there was an annoying beep the entire stay in the hallway.

This property felt unsafe. Locks on entry doors didn’t work. The building stank

DO NOT STAY HERE Hotel was dirty. I tried to use the hair dryer it sparked and caught firer. The smoke alarm went off but nobody came or called asked anything. The tv remote didnt work. The phine didnt work unless on speaker.

No room available and still charged. I got there and they were full. I did nit get a room and hotels.com still charged me. I will be working on a refund.
