Place was run down. Has two buildings. With another building to the side that is also named Extended Stay but is not the same motel. First time in a long time that I really flipped the mattress up to check for bugs. Did not feel safe.

Disappointed They had no toilet paper for the 2 weeks I stayed. Loud noises from the third floor from midnight until 4 am told front desk nothing was done. I didn’t get any sleep for my business meetings. Kitchen and bathroom not updated. Windows in room were leaking water when it was raining in the room.

Never again. I prepay for a king size bed room 5 days in advance and The night before arrival I got a text message saying they don't have king beds any more and will give me a queen bed room. Upon arrival at the hotel the clerk was trying to over charge me 70 some dollars more, knowing the hotel downgrade my room, no nice. This make two. Don’t let it happen to you. They explained that their system was a mixup in their system which left me without a room for the night. After telling the young man that I would essentially lose my 90$, he assured me that there would be a refund and I could just book with them again. I waited for almost an hour and a half while he tried to get me into a room. Only be left with 90$ less and the feeling of getting scammed by this app now a second time.

The property stated shuttle service - none available or per desk even offered. Then additional pet fee not stated in the property details. Breakfast was granola bars. No drinks. Will never stay again.
