Hotel was sold out. Travelocity continued to sell non refundable rooms, the lobby was chaos.

Bugs in the room and no lights were working in the bathroom

Never Again!! Multiple buildings on site and i was sent to the wrong location by the front desk clerk. The lady at the desk was not very friendly and treated me like i was bothering her when i checked in. The room was highly out dated and the bathroom was dirty. The bedding was so thin and the pillows were terrible. The entire building smelled like cigarette smoke. The one elevator broke and wasnt repaired the entire trip. I will not stay here again.

Horrible Conditions and Insmmmmmmmmñ be BBB This place is a dump. Everything is all nice and friendly at the front desk. but when you get to your building, it is a whole different situation. Everything smells like marijuana, people yelling slamming doors, running in the halls at 2 am. A strange followed me into my room and proceeded to harass me for an hour. I did not feel safe there. As soon as the guy left my room, I darted from the hotel. Now they won’t issue a refund being that they permit.

Not a decent experience I guess reached on bad day- the room initially allocated was on 2nd floor elevator was not working, so got it changed new room was in next building it was non smoking but whole room was having the smell, next rooms conversation disturbs you can hear their plans Room condition was also not great rust on many places old gadgets

Liked one of the staff members. He tried helping me the night I checked in. Everybody else was very snooty , one of the ladies was even talking smack about me wanting to get a refund due to us checking out early to a coworker. First room I got booked in had dog food and dust all over the place. It was disgusting. Bed was terrible too.

The bedroom had not been cleaned when I arrived. The shower had fired up throw up in it. It was also dusty and moldy. The couch had crumbs on it and my feet got dirty from walking in the floor. The bed was bumpy. It felt like there was springs in the mattress. I could hear every person who walked down the hallway. I could also hear the person watching tv across the hall.
