Rooms not being made. During our 4 day stay room was not serviced once, even it was requested on day 2 and 3. We had 2 separate rooms and this happened to both rooms.

Would not recommend When we arrived the hotel staff asked me to run my card through. I told her we already prepaid but she said they needed it for there records. I specifically said "we aren't going to get charged twice?" She said we would only be charged 1. When we went to check out I saw we were charged twice .The front desk said it would take 3 to 5 business days to go back into our account. I told her the second charge put our account into overdraft.
