Overall a good property and staff however the overnight/early morning staff does not have capabilities to do certain things and honestly just does not want to work.

Loved the stay It was amazing. The staff was excellent, the room was nice and comfortable, I an making this my go to hotel when I am in Plano.

Rooms not being made. During our 4 day stay room was not serviced once, even it was requested on day 2 and 3. We had 2 separate rooms and this happened to both rooms.

Would not recommend When we arrived the hotel staff asked me to run my card through. I told her we already prepaid but she said they needed it for there records. I specifically said "we aren't going to get charged twice?" She said we would only be charged 1. When we went to check out I saw we were charged twice .The front desk said it would take 3 to 5 business days to go back into our account. I told her the second charge put our account into overdraft. She called the manager on the phone but said they couldn't do anything ... read more
