5out of 10 When we checked in our room was not clean and we got there after4 pm. They moved us across the street after giving us our key to the messy room. Had to carry our luggage back to the car and drive to the other hotel. They collected 2 deposits and never apologized and never smiled once. There was no southern hospitality. No dishes in the room unless you asked

Overall a good property and staff however the overnight/early morning staff does not have capabilities to do certain things and honestly just does not want to work.

Loved the stay It was amazing. The staff was excellent, the room was nice and comfortable, I an making this my go to hotel when I am in Plano.

Rooms not being made. During our 4 day stay room was not serviced once, even it was requested on day 2 and 3. We had 2 separate rooms and this happened to both rooms.

Would not recommend When we arrived the hotel staff asked me to run my card through. I told her we already prepaid but she said they needed it for there records. I specifically said "we aren't going to get charged twice?" She said we would only be charged 1. When we went to check out I saw we were charged twice .The front desk said it would take 3 to 5 business days to go back into our account. I told her the second charge put our account into overdraft.
