Outlets had space where my small children could fit their fingers and I found small roaches and wall had a crack and they didn’t even clean bathroom the second night also called to say I’d be late for check in and when I got there they said they had cancelled my room

Horrible place This was a horrible hotel nothing worked the TV didn't work the shower didn't work it smelled like cat pee and vinegar there was a used condom wrapper on the floor by the bed the toilet ran all night the fire alarm was sticking out of the ceiling the carpet was tattered and there was no phone

This property was dirty, outdated, and quite disgusting. The only positive was the young lady that was at the counter was extremely helpful in a very difficult situation the first room that she gave me there was no shower curtain and no shower rod. I came back to the front desk and she apologize. She upgraded me to a room that was a bigger room and much cleaner than the first but the showerhead did not work and I had to take a bath.
