the ad said breakfest included...what it should say coffee and a sweet roll! my card failed four times and had to be reprogrammed. the water in this city was terrible (not your fault). thought room service was every day but not.

Not worth it's price. Not the best or close to good. Got room were maybe staff were having lunch, door was open. Counter top dirty. Staff hide out maybe. Left early, first time in my travel years not to approach for check out.

No sleep My husband and I stayed the night while on a couples trip. The check in was easy and painless. We quickly learned that the door keys deactivate if they come in contact with any electronics. That was a hassle. The room was dirty. There was chewed up gum on the cabinet and pee sitting in the toilet from the previous travelers. The bed was hard and it was impossible to get a good night's rest with the BRIGHT LIGHT, from the parking lot, shining in through the black out curtains. It was poor condition and smell bad. It was not clean. But front desk girl name Dena was nice

Bad to worse I was told through hotels.com that at check I would need either $100 cash or a credit card either one one be accepted. Once I got to the hotel the last told me they did not accept cash. That I would either need a credit card or we couldn't stay. I had to call my mother and have her go through a long 3rd party agreement. They advertise a free breakfast. That was a total joke you are allowed to have 1 granola bar and a cup of coffee. Nothing for kids. The front desk clerks were rude and unhelpful in anyway. I woul... read more

I did my reservetion on line and when I got to the hotel there was no rooms available. So we had to go to another hotel. I hope I get my money back for this reservation
