Horrible The hotel’s system was having problems with seeing/authenticating 3rd party bookings, so after waiting around in their smelly dirty lobby for 1.5 hours, while Hotels.com tried multiple time to help remedy the problem, I was finally given the option to book elsewhere. The man at the front desk was newer, unsure about their processes, and ultimately didn’t seem to care about multiple guests, who were having the same problems with their bookings. I won’t be giving “Extended Stay” another chance in the future.

only for emergencies lmfao good for a 1 night emergency stay but otherwise wouldnt recommend, spend $40 more dollars and get a nicer hotel room anywhere else

El lugar nos lo entregaron sucio , con escremento de animales en las esquinas de la habitación y pelo de animal sobre las camas lo que me indica que tampoco las sábanas las cambiaron antes de mi llegada , se le notificó al personal quedó de ir a darnos unas Sábanas limpias y nunca fue , y nos notifico que de limpiar eso sí no lo hacen ellos que lo tenía que hacer yo

So disappointed Had to wait to checkin as front desk person was out in parking lot. Was charged about $40 more than was quoted from Hotels.com, rooms was dirty (food stains on the walls, hair balls found in bathroom, floors were sticky, and found cockroaches in room this morning. Couldn’t tell front desk workers this morning because no one was there, again!!

I booked the hotel based on the photos posted. Upon arrival, the hotel clerk provided my wife and I with a key to a first-floor room. When I opened the door, the tv was blaring loudly, trash was on the floor, beds were unmade, the floor was sticky, and the smell of mildew was in the air. I informed the hotel clerk that the room was filthy. He assigned us to a room on the third-floor which also had sticky floors with the smell of mildew. Room smelled like an ashtray. Time to remodel if the old cigarette smoke is deeply embedded in the room/furniture, as opposed to it being a cleaning issue. Bathroom and beds were clean, so I'm guessing it's not housecleaning issue, but deeper. Irritates my lungs, and gets the smell in my clothes. I normally would have changed rooms, but it was the only one available without a long wait.
