dirty room carpet really bad

We have checks and balances in place to double inspect every room before guest checks in, or returns back to their room. Worst ever! I had a pre-prayed room for the evening came in after four hours of flight delays at 3 AM and was not given a room this was the worst experience I've ever had in any hotel the clerk was rude when I asked her how could this be she said don't interrupt me

Room was dirty, kitchenette floor was sticky, no bedding on the pullout couch. Only 2 towels, busted bathroom door. Beds were made but linen was dirty.

Go someplace else! Would not recommend this hotel. Halls smell, fridge doesn't work well, air conditioning not well, rooms are not cleaned well. Employees are not helpful or accommodating. Would not recommend

Dirty/unsafe This hotel had garbage scattered both inside and outside. The hallways and elevator were filthy. The side door was propped open with a rock allowing anyone to come in. The first floor had a door labeled stairs however it was locked, the 3rd floor location for the stairs didn't seem to exist?? They should definitely have more stairs, or atleast stairs available? The room was somewhat cleaner than the rest of the hotel and was nice, if properly cleaned. That staff were decent I definitely think they need more staf... read more

Stay away don't waste your money Terrible Place very dirty there were screws on the ground everywhere, no amenities what so ever.

Unacceptable - and $120 for this DUMP! This place was horrible! My girlfriend and I had a wonderful week trip traveling through Colorado. We stayed here the last night of our trip since it was fairly close to the airport. Unfortunately, this was the only part of our trip that we didn't enjoy. This hotel was unacceptable! To start, the young lady at the front desk wasn't friendly or helpful answering questions. She didn't explain how to get to our room. Nasty and rude staff It was horrible I have been waiting for call from them I have stop payment for my room..

Dirty The hotel was dirty, there was always trash in the hallways and in the elevator. It was difficult to find staff members to help or even answer questions
