Trash dumps are cleaner ! We just stayed at the Aurora Co. location and it was a dump. Room stunk even with air fresheners we had to buy to try to cover up the order of mold and mildew. TV was terrible with dark and fuzzy reception. Asked to have it replaced but never heard back from the front office. Hallways smelled of cigarettes daily. Grab and go breakfast was always grossly understocked. Apparently they were having some work done at the hotel so the construction guys felt it was okay to hangout but n the parking lot aft... read more

Do not stay It was not worth the price, but it was the only hotel i could find that would fit 7 people in one room that wasnt already booked. The lobbys floors were really dirty and sticky. They need to have more than 1 person working. Online it said contenintal breakfast but it was really a grab n go...muffins, granola bars, coffee. They dont do house keeping! Our room looked like they didnt vaccum or sweep or wipe anything down. The rooms visual aspect wasnt bad but if you looked closer under the beds was trash and old soc... read more

Terrible customer service. Rooms in bad shape Always struggled getting someone at front desk and when you did they weren't much help. Stayed 3 days with 4 kids and couldn't get clean towels or extra sheets. So it was a struggle

Crummy Trashy place. Poor housekeeping. I didn't get the room I wanted - I wanted 2 Queen size beds but got one King size for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Poorly maintained property. Fire alarm went off on the morning of departure - fire truck showed up and then it was determinined to be a false alarm - elevator was still disabled when we went to check out. Continental breakfast but they didn't keep the coffee dispensers refilled - we went to a restaurant for breakfast. Television performance was terrible. Certainly overpric... read more

Not happy There was only one garbage in the whole room, we found clothes and toys from a previous guest in the room. They do not provide any kind of silverware or dishes yet the room has a kitchen. It was a very disappointing stay.

The worst hotel The worst hotel for the price we paid. Hotel condition was in worst condition with trash all over the places. There were blood stains napkins in front of our room. Inside Rooms, furniture are outdated with untidiness. Kids were scared by its appearance and people surrounding that area. Waited for 30 minutes to check in. No greeting or apologies for making us wait that long. Do not stay here! By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Will be submitting pictures on yelp and other sites. when you got to the 2nd floor a musty smell and a hall window open should have been the first indication. room 206 had the window left open so they were obviously awair of it. the walls had holes in it the toilet paper was sitting on the back of the toilet rim because the holder was broke.....i could go on and on!

Not for families Horrible.. Dirty room.. no coffee maker/ supplies in room.. pool not ready.. no alarm clock.."continental" breakfast (old muffins & coffee/ hot coco)..noisy.. trash outside on grounds.. not worth $110 per night.

BEWARE - Hotels.com remove this misleading ad!! They will give you a dirty, unfit room and NOT refund you!! The room they gave me had the nastiest sticky carpet, stains and cigarette burns everywhere, a detached smoke alarm and wires hanging from the ceiling, and blood on the sink. When I complained about the condition of the room they told me it was clean! To prove a point, I wiped the red gunk/blood off the sink with a kleenex and water to show the staff that the room was dirty, but they continued to tell me it was up to s... read more
