When I checked in I was told they had given our room away and it would be 20 minutes before they could get us one, our room had no microwave like it was supposed to have. After check out we realized we left a bag of our belongings we called that same day and they said they knew nothing and to call back in the morning, called in the morning and they said to call back during the afternoon, called back again, but nothing.

Not worth the stay Room was dirty, broken cabinets and the bathroom door was closed. Then we got a charge for damages to the room.
