Skip- odd situation/hotel This was a VERY interesting place to stay. I first got there and it felt odd right away. people were walking around the parking lot (2 with dogs on leashes), one dog got kicked the parking lot. 2-3 people were at the front of the entrance just hanging out or possibly waiting for rides. I then saw a person walk out of the elevator with a pitbull dog. The lobby also had a police substation door within the SAME lobby. I was given a key to what appeared to be an OCCUPIED room. Desk service was not friendly or professional. Employees did not really care about providing good customer service. Rooms were dirty and smelled awful. Why should customers have to be responsible for throwing their own trash or get fined if they didn’t. This facility needs help

You will not get the room you reserved. As we walked into the hotel, it reeked of cannabis and/or smoke smell. We reserved a room with 2 double beds and a sofa bed but were put in a room with 1 king size bed and a sofa bed. There were no linens and pillows for the sofa bed. When asked we asked for assistance it took a very long time. So we had to go downstairs and ask for linens again. Apparently it was due to no communication at shift change. The room wa not cleaned properly prior to check-in and the room was damaged. The underside toilet sat had dried urine. The drywall where the entry door contacts the wall had been freshly damaged with a whole completely through the drywall. Small pieces of drywall were on the floor beneath the hole.

Despite our reservation was done 3 months in advance for 2 rooms, when we went for checkin the front desk manager, he said he has only 1 room available, and that it was not his problem.
