This hotel should be called the Bare Minimum. Each morning there was no coffee available. 3x mornings in a row. Poor service. Also theres an electrical problem in my room with the microwave therefor had to waste the mircowavable food to go out to each. It took 2 days to fix the microwave issue. Morning crew has terrible customer service. Night crew went out of there was to help find a new microwave. They claim they have continental breakfast which is basically a granola bar and no drinks. Thought someone was wrestling or working out all night long above us .staff was very nice checking in but was rude next morning checking out .moved to different hotel next day

Bring your own dishes Part of the reason why I chose to stay here was based off the room having a kitchenette. It ended up being pointless as the room had no dishes, silverware or even kitchen towels. When I called the front desk to ask they said they are all out...what is this about? Billed as extended stay with stove and fridge in room, yet no plates, cops, utensils, or cooking pots. Told front desk on Monday. Checked out Friday yet never got supplies. Also no cleaning service, or fresh towels, or spare toilet paper for the gole week.

We could not enter our room. The original cards did not work. We got new ones which failed. We were moved to a different room. But the fridge did not work. We were then moved to another room. The pipes in the last room were extremely noisy.

The entire building, especially our room, smelled of smoke. We had no choice but to stay, because there was nothing else. We will never stay at an ESA again.
