The. Hotel charged me for a confirmed reservation and didn’t supply a room…. The gentleman behind the counter is extremely rude.

Over booked!! We didn’t get to stay. We booked a room and when we showed up to the hotel they didn’t have enough available rooms for quite a few guests and we were one of them. They told all of us guests that had booked through hotels.com that it was Hotels.com’s fault and not theirs for overbooking them. I asked if they had rooms and they said yes but they’re not clean. So we had to find a different hotel to stay with last minute. I’m hoping to get this refunded!!

I got there for my reservation and I was told they did not have a room and that I could stay at one of their other hotels that was very far away for me. The employees were very matter of fact and rude.

I got screwed Booked on Hotels.com arrived no rooms available. No refund given I got screwed.
