1st room provided was disgusting, 2nd room was OK. Common area carpets were filthy and not vaccumed in 3 days. Very limited trash cans to put pet droppings.

Smelly Hotel Hotel has an old nursing home smell. Bed was hard and water ran brown for a couple of minutes.

It’s old and dirty. The bathtub leaked all night and the shower half way worked. I will not return to this property

Not clean The room was dirty. Actual dirt in multiple places on the floor. The curtain was halfway ripped down. The tub was corroded and had a constant drip. For the same price on hotels.com I was able to move down the street to a lovely Marriott which, of course, had excellent cleanliness and service.

I had made my reservation here in advance. But when I made it to the hotel they no longer had my room available and tried to tell me I couldn’t check in. I called to make sure that it was okay I checked in around 1am.. and was left with no options because of the misunderstanding. Luckily a guy at the desk decided to finally tell me that he had another room I could go to 🙄

Never again extended stay I was going to stay here for 2 nights. I got to the hotel late because of a delayed flight. They gave my room away because i was late which upset me very much..... the front desk employee sent me to a different extended stay. then a week later I notice a 3rd night charge from the hotel. I called to find out what the 3rd charge was and they had the audacity to charge me as a no show. How can a hotel operate like this. NEVER WILL I EVER STAY AT AN EXTENDED STAY EVER AGAIN
