TV didn’t work. No cups or anything like that. Around and behind the refrigerator needed to be cleaned and new caulking was needed in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable though.

We arrived at 6:00pm to be told that our room was not clean yet due to no cleaning staff. They asked us to wait an hour. We waited the hour and were told our room was still not ready. The offered us a queen bed when we booked a king. We agreed to down grade but the hotel offered no discount or accommodation for the inconveniences.

dont stay here! As soon as I checked in it has a bad smell in the lobby, hallways & elevator. I checked into the room and since we’re still in a pandemic I sprayed everything with disinfectant and found hairs on the tub & sink. I also found hairs on the towels and bed. I had to check out ASAP! Will never stay here again.

Disgusting We attempted to check in two hours after we were allowed and the credit card system was down. They wouldn't allow us to pay cash even though their system was not working and made us come back later to try again. Came back and we were put on a floor that a group of parties were on. The room was so disgusting and dirty. We had to ask for another set of sheets which the front desk girl didn't question. Did not like early check in is $75 seems like alot

1st room provided was disgusting, 2nd room was OK. Common area carpets were filthy and not vaccumed in 3 days. Very limited trash cans to put pet droppings.

Smelly Hotel Hotel has an old nursing home smell. Bed was hard and water ran brown for a couple of minutes.
