The Would Rather Sleep In The Streets The customer service is The Worst They Rush You At Check Out The HallWays Smell Like Trash And Just The Worst Hotel Experience Ever I Will Never Being Staying Or Recommending This Hotel And I Hope No One Else Doesn’t either!! Very disappointed and the star rating Is Extremely Generous honestly give it a 1 star!!!

Rude staff — especially at check-in. Hotel in at best “OK” condition. Right next to I-25. All night long you can hear the traffic sppeding by. No breakfast. The only thing the staff said to me was “Put on your mask.”

For the price we paid .. the room was small, bathroom small, NO garbage can, NO hair dryer...the usual amenities were NOT provided nor in the room. An ironing board but no place to out luggage. When asking for a hair dryer..it was delivered... Asking for dishes is understandable but the rest is not. The floor was not carpeted and was sticky from the cleaning solvent not rised so your feet make squeaking noises as they walked across the floor... This has been the poorest, most disappointing stay in the extended stay franchise... read more

PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS LIKE I DID I saw the good reviews on this hotel and THOUGHT it would be great. I was so disappointed, if I hadn't already been driving for 14 hours I wouldn't have even stayed. The room was old and dated. It smelled like a basement. The sheets were dirty and there was hair EVERYWHERE. When I asked for additional sheets, I was told "we're out of sheets." What kind of hotel runs out of sheets and blankets?!?! Latecia at the front desk was so awesome! She was so helpful after a couple rough days for me. The room was AMAZING!! It was so quiet and peaceful so I could really relax. Latecia also put together a dish set for me so I could cook myself a delicious meal and knew I had to get up early and provided me with a coffee pot! This was a great experience for me and I will be staying here again!

Yuck! Worst hotel experience ever. Yuck!!! The advertised pictures are very deceiving. The outside looks nice and presentable until you get in the room. We could hardly shut the door because it would stick. The whole room was dirty and dated. The kitchen drawers were disgusting and the pull out couch bed has multiple stains all over it. The floor was warped from water damage and the bathroom door hardly shut. Never again will I stay here!

Took about 15 minutes for someone at the front desk to show up. The person looked irritated, not friendly at all! The place looks rundown, not well maintained and not clean
