Told us at 3pm our room was not ready and that it would be cleaned in 30 minutes. Turns out they never had our room that we reserved, they were overbooked so we had to take a smaller room. The room was still dirty and the bathroom had not been cleaned. No toilet paper and soap were provided in the room and there was never someone behind the desk to ask for help. Seems they have straight given up at this hotel.

Room was dirty, holes in bed cover, lock broken with screws falling out. Shower had hair in it. Fights in every room around us. At one point our neighbors tossed their mattress in the hallway. We were actually scared to be there.

First time I stayed it was ok. This last time, alot of shady people around proper all time of the night. In and out slaming doors, propping door open. 2 people dressed in black hiding in the tress east of hotel. I.will not stay there again.

Not worth it in the least. Our rooms, booked through this app were non refundable. The conditions were so bad we left and forfeited our money. Elevator was broken… no rooms on the 1st floor available. Not usually a big deal but we had heavy luggage and a lot of it because: Extended stay. The room door had clearly been kicked in more than once. Everything was some level of broken & nothing appear to have been cleaned recently. How do I know? Someone else’s hair & false eyelashes were everywhere in the room. All surfaces.

Sucks asss The hotelwas so packed that we didnt get our room! They didnt give us out room money back. And the didnt try to find us nothing. They just decided to send uu away

Avoid this place at all costs. It is FILTHY!!! Beds, floors, bathrooms, elevator, lobby, it’s all gross!!!
