WORST HOTEL EVER....ExtendedStay AmericanSuites......NEVER STAY HERE So we get here yesterday and tub has no stopped, and there are totally NO dishes, pans, utensils to prepare anything with or even eat with. There is a fridge (front looks like someone hit it was ball peen hammer, but at least it cools. There is a microwave, a dishwasher and a two burner cooktop. Even a disposer in the sink. Unsatisfied Two of the three days that I was at this hotel, there was no hot water, WiFi, or cable TV. I realize there was a power outage in the area, but no effort was made to make accommodations for the inconveniences.

I didn't like the fact that after driving and being tired I came to check in and was then told that my reservation wasn't going to be fulfilled are honored since their computer had no clean rooms available to check me in

Never even got to stay here , spoke to someone before my flight to assure I would be able to check in late due to a delayed flight. The answer was yes, however when I arrived I was told there were no rooms available and that I was notified of the matter which I was not! Very frustrating to be turned around at midnight, 1,000s of miles away from home & it took almost 2 hours to find somewhere else with an open occupancy.

Do not go there please! Horrible service by the older woman in her 50's. worst costumer service ever, will look for excuses,make you repeat things and when you repeat will get mad for saying it louder. Just horrible service

We had pre-booked a stay at this hotel a month before our colorado trip. We got to the hotel at 1 AM thinking our room was verified, however the front desk clerk told us that they had no more rooms and our room had to be given away due to a concert happening.
