Not impressed... Was not impressed with this place. Check-in was fine, the guy at the front desk was nice, but that's about it. We were told that housekeeping only came to the rooms when we left, so if we wanted clean towels, we'd have to bring them to the front desk and they'd give us a fresh set. When we got of the elevator on the second floor, we were a bit surprised. The carpets were very dirty, needed to be severely steam-cleaned. Terrible place overall☹️ The room was very dusty and dirty. It smelled like cigarettes so bad I’m sure everyone there smokes in the rooms every time we would leave and come back it would be worse like someone was smoking in our room. We had to clean the room ourselves because the floors and everything were so terrible. Even the towels smelled like cigarette smoke so we went out and bought our own. Never again! Could not check in as the hotel wifi was down. Could not even verify the reservation. Made other arrangement for lodging.

I couldn't check in cause they didn't pay there wifi bill. I paid for the room in advance. Spent 6 hours on a plane. I had to be up at 5 am and at 9pm was told they couldn't check me in cause they didn't have any internet. I was told to wait. I waited 2 hours and still no check in. They offered me no alternatives and not even a sorry. The lady hung up on me after I say have a good night. Expedia didn't do anything to help the situation.
