Took over an hour to get us checked in. Staff complained as if it was our fault their computers were down. Then took 30+ minutes extra to clean the room. Has a microwave and fridge but absolutely nothing else like cups or plastic silverware.

The hotel reeked of smoke although it was suppose to be non smoking. The phone was broken, the bathroom door didn’t lock, they were out of the In part of breakfast 2 hours before breakfast closed. The overall condition of the hotel was dirty and dingy.

avoid this place It was horrible. The lobby and halls stank (different odors) the room was in disrepair and depressing. It felt unsafe. I left before even spending the night. Definitely avoid

This is not a good place to a family in, felt extremely unsafe & uncomfortable. Staff was very rude, constant noise all night. Room was gross, smelled like smoke in non smoking room, carpets were stained & sticky. Checked out at 4:30am just to get out & front desk staff would not help at all. Was going to leave after being there for an hour but couldn’t get any of money back from the hotel & the refused to make anything better. Would not recommend staying there with children.

There was cat hair everywhere no shower linen bad

Save your money! Blood on the hide a way mattress, carpet was gross. The door on the bedroom was falling off the hinges. It was smelly and disgusting. They switched out the mattress for another gross mattress. Manager has no personality. Pets a welcome and you can smell the pee and hear the dogs barking. I love animals but it just seemed... odd.
