Turn over rooms once every 7 days I was told and only if it’s m- f. Very disappointed, staff busy on phones or smoking instead of taking care of the facility, like washing entrance windows. Also seems to be a displaced element of people living there....

Hotel smell bad from the entrance to my room. No one was ever at the front desk.

I got bed bugs from this hotel and it smelled like smoke uncomfortable bed

Terrible place to stay Room was not clean, cigarette holes in carpet, human body hair in bathroom, couch mattress stained, had to ask for bedding for couch bed, stench in the room, overall not such a pleasant night. I would not recommend this place, general maintenance is lacking.

Not what we expected The photos made the hotel look fairly decent however it was quite awful. 1. For a queen bed and pull out couch you are allotted two pillows and one sheet with a top cover. We stayed for an entire week and there were no extra pillows or blankets - we were told to go to Target if we wanted extras. 2. Smokey Got to hotel late, but didn't have the room I requested, but hotel was sold out. We settled for the room instead of finding a new hotel late at night. Room stunk of cigarette smoke so bad we both woke up with a headache, but room boasted non smoking.

This hotel is quite run down. The front desk man, I never got his name, was not friendly, not helpful, and not approachable. The rooms had the bare minimum. If you needed fresh sheets or towels, you had to physically bring the dirty ones down to the front desk and exchange them! The kitchenette is bare. You have to ask for everthing including hangars for the closet!
