The location was good - close to my office for a special event. The carpet was stained, cigarette burns on kitchen counter and floor in a non-smoking room. Strange pick and blue stains in shower and bathroom counter. My clothes smelled like the room when I was at my office. No dishes. I did not realize I had to buy dishes when I reserved room.

Property not well cleaned.from staircases to rooms all stained and dirty,Pillows smell so bad.Doors don’t lock properly causing fear at night.Carpets smell and look old,smoke detectors removed by past residents so they could smoke freely,the entire room smells like they have been smoking here for a decade yet their website says no smoking rooms.No carts to help with transportation of luggage’s and no assistance at all.Microwave buttons all freeze up creating fear and danger.Nothing works here.They have quite a serene locatio... read more

Had the worst experience ever the staff so rude, manager yelled at me in front of everyone and the room itself smelled like poop. Beds had bed bugs my whole body was itchy.
