Only a bedspread on bed. No blanket, no pillow cases. Staff would only give me more bedspreads. Was supposed to be a non smoking room but melled of cigarettes. Floor was dirty. Don't let the pretty pictures fool you, this place is a dump.

This the worst experience I’ve had ever with hotels. I came at night to check in, but there was nobody at the front desk. I tried multiple times to call the number they have there to get help but there’s no help I also called the corporate but they couldn’t check me in so I had to sleep in my car😌

Hotels.com Overbooks Intentionally You, hotels.com, overbooked and we had no place to stay. You did this to us in Lawrence, KS a couple years ago. Then, you make it very difficult to get a refund, which most people probably don’t bother due to the hassle. This is your shady business model. Folks, boycott this business and delete the app.

I reseved to 2 rooms i got there almost at 6:00pm they only had one room available cuz they were still cleaning when i came back at 11 pm they never had my other room ready so they decided to give a room with to beds that i had to pay extra for. The room smell like they smoke inthere, floor was dirty and everything else was too.

Shut This Place Down This place was ridiculous. I called the establishment to make sure it was okay to check in at 1am and they said yes to just call back at midnight to let them know we will be there. I called at 11 and nobody picked up. Called again at 12, nobody picked up. Called at 12:30, no answer. We showed up at 1am like we said we would and nobody was at the desk.
