There were cockroaches in the tub so i packed up and left after 30min of being there.

If you like police cars, arresting people outside your hotel room in the middle of the night, you will love this place! Do not stay here!

It needs to be sanitized!! Our check in was after hours since our flight was delayed. The agent was super accomodative. When I got there the check in took a little longer as she struggled with the scanning of the id. Once I got to my room, just the look of the door, the seal was hanging out, broken as tho. I open the door and the door does not stay shut. I had to hold it closed and put the dead bolt to keep it closed. It smelled musty & like pet Pee. About this room months in advance. I show up and they didn't have a room. I ended up having to go elsewhere and pay twice as much on a holiday weekend. The people at their front desk were unprofessional and rude. Don't waste your time or effort attempting to go here. This place is trash and their employees are horrible.

On Thursday June 26, 2025 I arrived at Extended Stay America Suites Denver Tech Ctr S Inverness and was told that there is no room available for me. I had booked and paid for this reservation nearly a month in advance and the desk clerk stated that due to other customers extending their stays that their is no availability. I will NEVER use Expedia or Extended Stay America Suites again. Absolutely unprofessional and jokes within their respective industries.

This property looks okay from the outside but there are shady and suspect people milling around everywhere and the room was not just untidy, it was downright filthy. The lock on the door was broken so I didn’t feel safe and I was afraid my car was going to get broken into or carjacked. Every single area of this room was disgusting. Stains on the sheets, broken kitchen cabinets, filth in the tub, sticky spots on the floor, an unmade bed with grey sheets, torn and stained fabric on every seating surface. The room was confirmed but when we got there the front desk said there were no rooms so very disappointed will not recommend this to anyone I know and we will not stay there either

We had a room booked but when we got there, they said they were overbooked and we had to go pay extra elsewhere for a different hotel room.
