Pay for a NO stay! I reserved and paid $123 for my room and upon arrival I was told they had NO VACANCY regardless of me paying for my plannee stay online and I never received my refund either.

Our room was clean and bed was comfortable, although refrigerator made an awful noise about every 20 minutes. Really noisy and woke us up several times throughout the nightThe public areas were really dirty..appeared the vacuum cleaner was broke. Food particles in hallways, on elevator, in lobby. There was limited areas for pets to do business. We've stayed at similar type hotels and this was definitely below our expectations.
