We had to wait 3 1/2 hours for this property to be ready. Excuses were made as to why we couldn’t get a room. Things like they were doing some sort of nightly process that lock down the computers. That was only supposed take an hour. Instead we were left to stand in the lobby never offered a chair we finally had to ask. The front desk receptionist was in the back supposedly doing laundry. She was in the back the entire time we were there except for brief moments we were able to try to get some information out of her. She als... read more

Smell bad The place was not clean at all, when you walk in to this place smells bad.horrible experience!

the exterior was under construction the lobby was filthy the front desk staff was untrained

Pretty Disappointed First, let’s talk about good things about this hotel. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. They tried to accommodate our needs as much as they can with what they have. Now, let’s talk about things my wife and I were pretty disappointed. The room was OK with 36-inch or 40-inch old style LCD TV. But the 4-drawers chest was in poor condition with many scratches here and there, and one of the drawers had its front side came off when my wife pulled it to open and put some clothes in it. Terrible hotel Hotel smelled like a kennel for dogs.. urine everywhere. Very dirty hotel. I ended up leaving the hotel and not even staying the night. It was that bad

I’ve stayed her a few times with extended stays both times. Came into hotel with pre booked room. Women in the front was extremely rude both times. This time most recently was unbelievable how rude she was. She proceeded to tell me I had no reservation after I showed her confirmation. She then started to yell at me and said that she don’t know what to tell me and it’s not her job to check people in that she folds towels . If you have standards……keep lookin’ It was not good. Incense smell permeated the floor. My room may have been cleaner when I left…

Horrible experience. Do NOT stay at this property. Absolutely no amenities in the room. Relocating to Denver and came out to survey the area. Five day stay, no dinnerware, cutlery, cups, glasses, coffee maker, cookware. Absolutely nothing to qualify this as an extended stay. Nobody was staffing the front desk. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Returned multiple times later to request dishes and towels still nobody at the desk. I suspect the check-in associate was a resident of the property.
