Bed was really comfortable although the guy next door screamed on the phone for 2 days which made it hard to relax, there were splatters of food from the previous occupants on the cabinets, and the side lamps didn’t work. Other than that it was a good stay.

The staff was very nice and the room was fine, but everything else left a lot to be desired. There was always people loitering in the parking lot, which kinda creeped me out and as a single woman staying there, I didn’t feel entirely safe. The elevator was gross with food on the floor. The hallway to my room was a combination of stagnant air, the smell of trash from the trash room, and food being cooked in the rooms. Only minor issues like the bathroom sink was very slow to drain and the TV remote was only working intermently. Nothing major to make a complaint about. Room was quiet and I was able to rest comfortably both nights

When we checked in, the staff member didn’t seem to know very well how to do that. It took like 10 minutes to check in. Not horrible, but definitely longer than expected. We got into the room and it was okay. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator wasn’t on and it smelled horrible. We finally realized the next day it wasn’t on. Once we turned it on, it was fine.
