When we checked in, the staff member didn’t seem to know very well how to do that. It took like 10 minutes to check in. Not horrible, but definitely longer than expected. We got into the room and it was okay. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator wasn’t on and it smelled horrible. We finally realized the next day it wasn’t on. Once we turned it on, it was fine. I like that it wasn't from the activities I was participating in and close to the interstate. I didn't that they gave me a room I did not reserve and/or deserve. The room could be cleaner. Lots of scratches and stains.

Its a decent place to stay...staff is nice look nice from the outside. Room could use a little update but affordable decent place to stay. Easy to find and close to alot of stuff
The bathroom sink had food residue in it, a lot of unsupervised children in the lobby, had little interaction with the staff but they were fine.

Maybe they need to check for maintain as bathroom sink was clogged, refrigerator was dirty with a used bottle inside, microwave was dirty. The lady at he reception was very nice.

Pros: convenient location; desk staff very helpful; low price for Friday night stay. Cons: property felt old & run down; door handle fell off in my hand & couldn't be repaired by staff; marginal cleanliness; serious cigarette butts littered hotel entry way; children of cleaning staff playing in halls & elevator as we entered hotel & tried to get to our room.
