There were clear stains on the floor in the bathroom evidence of precious water damage and the fridge didn’t really keep things cold. But things were clean and everything went smoothly.
Breakfast was horrible. Seemed like they put water in the pancake mix. Towels were old and tattered. Just needs a lot of upgrades dim depressing yellow light is no good. You see.

The room was dirty when we got there and we had too changes room due to the fact that our hotel room wasn’t cleaned as promised

Good price, close to stuff Hotel is the perfect price for what you get. Building seems old, there was no ice machine on any floor that I could find.
