Poop in the toilet upon check in broken fridge, no towels at all in room. Booked a room with 2 beds and got a room with one bed, told there was nothing they could do as they were full. Brought us a dirty roll away with crumbs and popcorn kernels in it. Parking lot was dirty and in disrepair. Hands down the worst hotel stay my family and I have ever had.

Customer service non existant paid $700 for 6 days and would not even put towels in room or take out trash, front desk belligerently rude

People loud all night, no vending.

Terrible hotel. Smelled of garbage (inside). Bathroom sink plugged, lights didn’t work, stovetop broken, refrigerator smelled and dirty. Found soiled clothes, old food, used tissues under the bed. Photos of website are VERY misleading. I’ll sleep in my car at a rest area before I stay here again.

The place was horrible and dirty

There are no words to explain how dirty this hotel was. We came late at night and didn’t have options to go somewhere else. My husband wanted to sleep in a car—Gros, gross, gross from the kitchen, bathroom throughout the bedsheets. Red stains on the carpet looked like blood—the same stains on the wall. The carpet looked like it was not cleaned for years. Dear Expedia, this is the same you offer on your platform. Staff was friendly but room and floor smelled horribly. Lamps in the room weren't working and had to go to front desk to get a new TV remote. Would not recommend this hotel.

Our arrival was okay. Our checkin took longer than expected as the card reader was very slow. The room was very basic and looked as if it could use a few updates and paint touchups. The mirrors in the bathroom was smudged and looked unclean. On our second night our cards didnt work. We went to the desk to be told that their computer didnt have anyone in that room and we were asked if we had paid, we had at check in. They let us know our items were all okay and in the room yet.
