Des Moines Clean and comfortable for my stay. Ok value for the price.

good location close to restaurants and freeways everything was great, quiet, clean and comfortable. I wish they had phones in the room for wakeup calls because I thought I set the alarm and it didn't go off so I overslept

Surprised!! No maid service. Had to make our own bed with no fresh linen. Had to reuse towels or go to the desk for replacements. No ice or vending breakfast consisted of coffee, aged fruit or instant oatmeal. Wow, expectations were quite different!! Thought it was like a Residence inn but surprise!!

Nice Hotel near the freeway and shopping The only poor experience I had was that the hallways had a very bad smell on the second floor in the evening and morning. It might have been someone cooking in their room but it really was an awful smell.

We stayed for a night and the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. If we needed anything for our room we could ask the staff and they would get it for us. Only thing was the breakfast was a little light and not much to pick from, when we got down there it was pretty picked over, but staff did restock it fairly quickly. We would probably stay in this hotel again.
great hotel for families The hotel room was bigger than I expected. The staff called me before we got there to ask if we needed anything. The staff was extremely pleasant when we arrived and gave us restaurant recommendations. The lobby was clean and the elevators, hallways and room didnt stink and were also clean. We didnt use the pool as it was too cold and rainy out.
Nice area close to hwy 235 Like a mini condo. Pull out sofa bed was comfortable, clean. Full galley kitchen.
