Nice and clean. They were still in the midst of finishing the remodeling. However, the rooms were clean, location was great and the front desk were very nice.

I felt the room exceeded my expectations I would like a bigger coffee pot. But great place to stay

Would stay again Great quiet location; but due to multiple events in DSM this hotel was booked & upon arrival several people were hanging around outside and the outside trash can was overflowing with beer cans, bad start but was clean the next day. Great staff, no frills, but the price is right. Overall no complaints, will stay again.
Almost perfect I would have rated everything 5 stars but the computer system was down when I arrived. I waited in the lobby for 30-40 minutes until I could even check in. I'm not one to complain, I just had a long day and all I wanted to do was get in and lay down. The staff was very friendly however and I understood it was not their fault. If it wasn't for the computer system snafu, I'd have had a completely pleasant stay. I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time, just wanted to give my complete honest opinion.

Not what I was promised but ... I looked on the site for hotels that had smoking rooms. I found the Extended Stay. If I was looking for a non-smoking room I would have stayed in a closer hotel. The Extended Stay called the night before our group was to check in, it was at this time I was told there are no smoking rooms at that facility. I feel as though I did not receive what I paid for. Since I paid for the room in advance there was no refund so I could not change hotels without losing over $100.oo so I was stuck. The room ... read more

No breakfast Mostly ok. The breakfast was supposed to be out by 6 am. We went down at 6:05 and not a thing was read in fact the person seemed untrained as she was struggling to just get the coffee pot in place. When I asked she said "I don't have it out yet". I didn't have time to wait so we left.
