Good hotel The bed was not the most comfy, but was nice to have own kitchen! Overall cleanliness was good, but room smelled like chicken or Chinese food.
Just so so. Hallway smelled like cigarettes, and the room smelled like burnt bacon.
My stay The suite was quiet and relaxing. Everything is n walking distance. Nice size room. Staff friendly.
Unprofessional staff and unclean rooms. Extra firm mattress and staff requested that I pay $3.00 for extra towels and said that guests do not get house keeping services once you are staying for 2 nights
The kitchen was filthy....my feet were black from the floor! When we asked for a few more washcloths, we were told we would be charged. The room was for 6 ppl for 2 nights and we were only given 2 washcloths and 4 towels. It was advertised to have included fully 'stocked' kitchen. There was nothing in the kitchen and if we needed pans or plates would have to pay a rediculous amount. The room also had a wet dog/moldish smell to it. I would say that the advertising was poor and didnt live up to what was advertised.
Can not recommend It is barebones and very tired. It felt like an institution. creepy feeling in general. You walk into the lobby and the receptionist has you call a number on the telephone to check in. There was no soap in the shower, a miniscule sink soap. We said we were reserving for three when we made the reservation and got a sofa bed. There were not even any sheets on it. When my son went to get the sheets he was charged $1.50! And it was not inexpensive!
The night reception was orrible. For a family of 7 people, we sent an email to inform you that we willl be late. But at the hôtel the manager dicided to let us slepe outside. Moreover, you do not even want.to pay the money back. We did not use your property on the June 20th 2025 because the night manager who does not care about little children sleeping outside with their parents. We are very desapointed about your company. Please, do not send us your advert any more.

We stayed 2 nights. Very firm beds. Barely any blankets or pillows. 1 trash can. Toilet plugged. Tv did not work properly. Lock on door was jacked up and could tell it had been busted in and screwed back on to where the screws were striped. So it probably would have not stayed locked anyways incase of intruder. Person across the hall would come out wvery time we opened our door, and stare and watch us, one time while in his tighty whities, this happened multiple times.

It was clean but not up to date. There were no usb outlets, very few amenities (such as dish soap or dish towels in the kitchen). The Wi-Fi wasn’t working
