Stinky The place smelled so bad! Someone was cooking something that stunk up the whole third floor. When we got back later that night the smell was still there so I was going to see about changing rooms to a different floor but the front desk was closed for the night.

There was never anyone at the front desk.. the breakfast was prepackaged mini muffins granola bars and packs of oatmeal no milk or juice or even fruit.. although it seemed to be clean (except for whatever was smeared on the headboard)it really needed to be updated

The room wasn’t like in pictures. The sofa bed wouldn’t open. The sink in bathroom clogged and bathroom door wouldn’t close. For the price paid not worth it.

Everything that was hung on the walls was crooked. Old paint and old appliances. There was rarely someone at the front desk when i need something. I was obviously in need of more bedding and pillows and i had to hunt someone down to get them. Over priced for what i got. Pictures were way too nice for what we got. The "provided breakfast" was prepackaged nonsense, if it was put out. The doors SLAMMED shut, and we were placed at the end of the hall next to and exterior door, and people were in and out all of hours of the night... read more

NOT recommended! We left after 1 night and wouldn’t have even stayed that if we hadn’t checked in late in the evening. (Nowhere else to go on short notice/dealing with early checkout, etc) The place had an unidentifiable odor - main complaint. It was also “dingy” & dark looking with a dated appearance. We were given an air freshener spray but that only temporarily masked the smell. Not recommended for a family stay. Other occupants were long term construction workers.

Nice location and price point. However, the kitchenette is one of the main reasons to stay; the facility had no pots or pans and the dishes we were offered were very minimal. Advice to travelers who wish to save $ by cooking on site: bring at least a few cooking utensils-rather challenging to use a stove with no pans!

Dirty... The air conditioner in my room didn’t work as well as one of the lights. The microwave was dirty when I checked in. The front desk clerk wasn’t wearing a mask nor standing behind the plexiglass shield.

It was very loud at night. The staff was not friendly. Maybe helpful, but not at all enthusiastic about being there.
