Run down hotel. No soap in shower, no breakfast. Had to ask front desk for bedding for pull out couch and remote for tv was missing. Not worth the money spent for staying

My partner is a veteran with a service dog and we were treated poorly and disrespectfully because the employee didn't like dogs and the manager on duty the following day matched that same energy. There was no breakfast and the only two vending machines were so over priced it blew my mind.

Terrible. Don’t stay here. Each room has a kitchen but nothing in it. You have to pay extra to get the kitchen supplies. Not even a coffee maker. You only get 1 bath towel and wash cloth per person for 14 days. If you need more you have to pay for it. Front desk is locked up at 10 so if your key doesn’t work you have to call. On site person takes 15 minutes to come down. I had to replace key cards multiple times for my 2 night stay. It is not cheap. Not worth the money we spent.

Grossly misrepresented the property This hotel is misrepresented in the app. Rented this unit studying full kitchen however there were no dishes, pots pans glasses silverware nothing. If you want it plate paper plates anything you have to purchase them from the front desk in a package. Or go to another store and buy your own. Was really inconvenient we were intending on cooking. Had to spend on budgeted funds to eat out. There were only two sets of towels for three adults on the reservation. There was no bedding for the sofa... read more

I liked being close to my daughters home however the hotel was noisy with slamming doors and loud tvs

The room wasn't ready at checkin time,had to wait 40 minutes. The kitchen had nothing that could be used during the stay. They want you to purchase pot and pan set to use in the kitchen. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient
