Will never recommend - do not stay here I have emailed hotels.com and the corporate office at Extended Stay America twice and have not gotten a reply. I requested my money back because of the condition (we left an hour after check in and asked to be refunded the remaining 7 nights). I got zero reply from anyone. Horrible customer service on top of a subpar, unclean, scary hotel.

UNCOMFORTABLE AT THIS TIME I’m disappointed because, this is the 4th time I’m stayed in this hotel and the showers are not working properly and water it’s not draining good and the clean in the toilet the house keeping need to pay attention. Was uncomfortable to use the bathroom properly

Property was ok but nothing more. Not that clean and needs new paint. Had people knocking on door and asking for someone who wasn’t there and another person asking for cash.

We returned to our room after a long day to find a large number of ROACHES in the kitchen. The staff was immediately responsive but still- there were bugs!! Lots of bugs!! Please send us a refund.
