The elevator was out and had been for almost a week. The door closest to the room I was assigned, was not accessible. The key didn't engage the lock to unlock it. All of this made it hard to unload and load car. Then, the curtains only went one-third across the window. Not good for sleeping. Lastly, the staff acted as if they had better things to do than help with check-in and check-out.
