Elevator not working and made us stay on the third floor when my wife has had surgery on both knees recently. No apologies and no notice. Property is breaking ADA laws.

I think there was one person running the whole hotel. Our room was dirty and the elevator did not work all weekend. This was a business trip for us and we have a lot of things to haul up and down from our room. So this was a big deal and they didn’t tell us when we checked in. There is not much care in this place. We would not want to stay here again.
