Dirty rooms Urine stains, pubic hair and a dead bug...all in the same bed. Checked out as quickly as we checked in. The staff friendliness was the only redeeming thing.

Uphill battle for a friendly staff Be aware that there is no coffee maker or coffee in the room. There are no cups, ice bucket or ice maker for that matter. There are optional “convenience packages” that you can choose for dinnerware, cups, coffee, iron, ironing board and so on. Essentially the standard items that you would find in any hotel room.

Terrible beds! The bed was the hardest most uncomfortable ever. Did not sleep much at all. Even my son said it was horrible, he is 19.

Dirty and uncomfortable We noticed a dark stain under our sheet. When we pulled the sheet back we found a filthy mattress cover. It looked to be covered in urine and blood. We were moved to another room, but checked out first thing in the morning to find another hotel because I was too grossed out to stay any longer. Bugs in Room and Poor Amenities Found multiple bugs in my room throughout my stay. The iron was in such poor repair that it almost ruined my shirt. Coffee machine upon request and not automatically included. Only booked here because very few places were available during the weekend of Michigan's homecoming game.

Not clean or well maintained. Lobby was dirty and there was garbage in the parking lot that did not get picked up. Bathroom light/fan was loud.
