This place is a dump. Terrible rooms. Zero amenities. No maid service. Located next to an interstate that sounds like the trucks are coming in your windows. Upon check in, no remote control for TV. Given two “replacements” neither of which worked. Had to switch rooms to have an operable TV. Sounds like a hotel experience in Mexico.... only worse. And for all this luxury, a room rate like Ritz Carlton. They would have to pay me to ever stay here again. We won’t be back. Ever.

Checked Into room smelled marijuana down the hall. Which i just ignored. As night progressed smell kept getting stronger. On top of that my fiance and I kept waking up few time a night only to find out there were bed bugs on the sheets that were waking us up with exterme itchyness. There was urine on the lip of the toilet; no supplies; outdated everything; questionable cleanness of the carpet. Checkout is 11:00 a.m.; at 9:30 a.m., cleaning staff knocked on the door once, then opened the door! Had the latch not been on the door, they would have just come in; where are the "Do Not Disturb" hang tags?! Not only is checkout too early, they do not offer at least a Continental breakfast! Housekeeping needs some additional training/superv We found the room quite disgusting....hair in bathroom, room smelled musty...really grossed us out. I got another hotel room as soon as I could.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!! This place is a dump and needs refurbishing desperately!!!! The prices around graduation time went up to $400. a night for a dark dingy hotel with NO amenities. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Disappointed customer Bathroom was not very clean. Toilet was plugged upon arrival, bathroom floor needed to be swept, tub needed to be scrubbed, had mold in the freezer. I personally will not stay there again. But I would give top rating to the front desk upon arrival. They were very polite and willing to help with anything. Staffed by only one person at the time we checked in was a surprise, because the hotel was full for the night.

Horrible experience all around Not an enjoyable stay. The man at the front desk was short with me and just assumed I knew where things we in the hotel as well as how things worked. He was pre-occupied with the discussion he was having with his friend who was sitting in the lobby regarding his flights and confirmation. Once I got into the room there were stains on the carpet and not well kept. In the bathroom the exhausted fan was EXTREMELY loud.
