Would not recommend this hotel. Though low priced and well located, it was filthy. Floors sticky and room musty.

Unprofessional. Booked our room on hotels.com. They took the money directly out of my account on the spot and then when we arrived to the hotel, we were informed that they were all out of rooms. We called hotels.com to cancel and get a refund but previously they have failed to get us our refund or deposit on time or even at all. Figured if there’s no rooms available, why allow people to book those rooms, get charged for them, and then personally call customer service and wait for a refund?

Run down place to stay. No coffee maker in room and no coffee available, ancient faucets, loud hvac, poor general condition of facilities. “Breakfast” was a few tiny granola bars. Terrible value for what you pay.

We couldn’t rest for all three nights we stayed there due to the disturbance of the guests next room # 239 and the guests that talked too loud in the packing lot by our windows around 4:25 am on Sunday 3/8.

Will not return Hotel needs updates and free breakfast consisted of coffee and pre packaged breakfast bars. Hotel has no ice machine and kitchen had ants

Won’t be back Mismatched furniture, ants in kitchen, breakfast consisted of protein bars and coffee, poor lighting - king bed with one nightstand and lamp, paint colors were not appealing. Very disappointing especially after hearing people stay here that are visiting the university hospital system.

disappointing I arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm after an exhausting day at work and I was told I had to wait in the lobby for my room to be cleaned ( I had booked my room 6 hours earlier). After waiting in the lobby with my bags in my lab, I got to my room which smelled so strongly of fake air freshener. I also couldn't sleep because the refrigerator was loudly running all night. I tried to unplug it but it was a large slide in fridge and I couldn't move it (this was all at 4am). I will not be staying here again

Horrific By far the most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept on. The pillows were like grocery bags stuffed with tissue paper
