Management needs to improve Avram and Chesely has charged my card 3 times. I told them the first time it went through and they didn’t believe me so I had to call my bank representative to confirm with them. They finally admitted that it was a tech updated issue on there end, but they still accused me of not having the funds. This experience tainted the rest of my stay at this location.

We have two small kids, my husband has a leg injury and i am pregnant. So i knew it was going to take us longer to pack up and check out than your average guests. I called the front desk the night before we left to make arrangements for checking out late, and the person at the counter said no problem, it's an hourly fee of around $11 an hour per hour after the normal checkout time, which was fine with us, so he said he'd make a note and just let them know when we were done. Not worth the savings - unclean and unfriendly They claim contactless service yet service came into my room and moved my things. The Mgr said that I agreed to this when I checked in that anyone with a key can enter my room. In addition to moving/throwing away my things he toilet was disgusting. Under the rim had clearly not been cleaned for a while. I only just noticed and now asking for service to clean is a problem. The Mgr said I was welcome to leave or call and file a police report. No
