We went to check in around 1pm and were told there was an early check in fee. The clerk could not even tell us what this would be as it was based on how early you were and couldn’t be determined until you were actually checked in. How ridiculous! We left and came back at check in time. Room was old and depressing. Bed had old linens on it including a polyester top blanket that appeared to be from the early 80s. It was not cleen. Didn’t include housekeeping or refresh Furniture was rundown

The place smells so bad, and is run down. It is a pet friendly place, too, so beware of animals in the hallway. The towels were so small and thin!

If this were just a crappy hotel charging bargain-basement prices, it would be exactly what you would expect: old, dingy, floors a bit sticky. The bath tub doesn't drain. There are maybe 1-2 hair dryers available for the whole place. Just all-around sad. But on a football weekend in this town, they jack up their prices, and people who delayed getting a rez somewhere else give in and book a room for an outrageous amount of money. People paying more have higher expectations. They will be sorely disappointed. And the folks work... read more

2 people working front desk and were trying to care of a situation on phone, we had to for 10-15 minutes for them to check us in, we were the only ones at desk at the time

Not worth the money Condition of room was very bad. Although it said non smoking, we could smell smoke.

Horrible Horrible. Drains were clogged in faucet and shower. Ants all over the room. Sheets were nasty. Had to check out after the first night and get a refund. Just gross
